He enjoyed the outdoors and playing guitar, but his passion was baseball. Brandon was an amazing athlete from the time he began little league until today. He was on little league teams that won the district Championships. During his high school career he was a pitcher helping the Cuba Rushford Rebels win numerous championship titles. Brandon personally received awards for Most Valuable Player in 2004, 2005, and 2006, the NYS Far West Regional Runner-up award in 2005, the Birds Eye Foods Section V Baseball Player of the year in 2006 for the Allegany County Division I. He also helped his team become Allegany County Division I Baseball All-stars four years running, and was named Big 30 Baseball All-star in 2006.
Family was also important to Brandon. In true Brandon fashion he was the greatest son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be sorely missed.
Surviving in addition to his mother and father of Black Creek are a brother, Dustin Elliott of Black Creek;
two sisters, Shannon (Steven) Chesley of Cuba, and Andrea (David) Heary of Cuba; three nieces and six nephews;
and maternal grandmother, Edith Sutton of Texas.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Lonnie Sutton and paternal grandparents Llowell "Buck" and Mary June Elliott.
