Norman L. Kozlowski, 69, of 3212 Wolf Creek Rd., Cuba, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012 at St. James Mercy Hospital, Hornell after a lengthy illness with Lou Gehrig's disease.
Born on February 10, 1943, in Woodlawn, NY, he was a son of Peter and Helen Rheminiski Kozlowski. On June 23, 1990, in Cuba, NY he married the former Darcy A. Botens who survives.

Mr. Kozlowski was employed by Mobil Oil Refinery in Buffalo prior to his retirement.
He was a loving and caring father. He enjoyed bingo, cooking, gardening, working on his home, and was an accomplished handyman able to fix most anything.
Surviving are three sons, Peter Kozlowski of Philadelphia, Kyle Kozlowski of Cuba, and Kasey Kozlowski of Cuba;
one daughter, Kara Kozlowski of Cuba; two grandchildren, Steven and Ray Faltisco; two brothers, Raymond Kozlowski of Canaseraga, and
Danny Kozlowski of West Seneca; one sister, Rosie Pellen of Rochester, and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents.
Friends will be received at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 9 Bull Street, Cuba, on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at which time a memorial service will be held. Fr. Dennis Mancuso will officiate.
