Nicolas Wayne Harvey, of 122 Rte. 446, Cuba, born on May 15, 2008 to Dana and Meghann Warren Harvey passed away unexpectedly Friday, December 11, 2009 at Olean General Hospital.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother, William M. Sharp at home; maternal grandparents, William M. (Isabel) Warren of Cuba; paternal grandmother, Joyce M. Harvey of Cuba; maternal great grandparents, Mimi (Charles) Tittle of Ashville, NC. and Dr. Edward (Paula) VasNunes of Huntington Beach, CA.;
Aunt Paula, Aunt Brenda, Uncle Phillip, Uncle Kent, Uncle Tom, Uncle Chip, and many loving cousins.

| He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Wayne H. Harvey in 2001.
Nicolas was a loving, smart, and strong boy that brought laughter and joy to every heart he met. Not a day went by that Nicolas did not make us smile or melt our hearts with a single look or touch. He will be remembered by all and forever live in our hearts. Words cannot express how much he loved in his short life or how much he will be loved for the rest of ours.
The family will receive friends at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 9 Bull Street, Cuba, on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 from 10:00 A.M. until Noon at which time funeral services will be held. The Rev. Sonya "Sunny" Mauser, pastor of the Cuba United Methodist Church will officiate.
