Judy Ann Belmont

Judy Ann Belmont peacefully passed from this life into the arms of Jesus, following a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. While a fractured hip on her 80th Birthday made her final days a challenge she chose to live with joy praising her savior. She lived out her final days at Paramount Senior Living (Maytown, PA) and Grain Hospice, who took amazing care of her when we were unable to be by her side. She was well loved by all.

Judy was born on March 13, 1946, in Olean, N.Y. She was the second oldest daughter of Kenneth R. T. Howard and Loretta (Taylor) Howard. On August 27, 1966, in Albany, New York, she married the love of her life, Kirk Edward Belmont Senior, who called her Blue Angel.

Judy Belmont passed away leaving behind a legacy defined by kindness, hospitality, and unwavering faith. She was known for her gentle spirit and her ability to make others feel seen, valued, and deeply loved. Judy took great pride in creating a beautiful, well-kept home that was not only a reflection of her care and attention, but also a place where she joyfully gathered others. Entertaining was not simply an activity for her; it was an extension of her heart.

Her life was marked by a passion for serving the Lord, which she faithfully lived out through multiple areas of ministry within her church. In her later years, during retirement, Judy continued this calling by opening her Solivita home in Kissimmee, FL to host Bible studies and ladies’ gatherings, creating a warm and welcoming space for fellowship, encouragement, and spiritual growth.

Above all, Judy cherished time spent with her family. She longed for in-person connections and treasured moments together, especially those shared in the sunshine at Orange Lake. She had a remarkable way of showering those around her with love, leaving a lasting imprint on all who knew her.

She is survived by her son Kirk (Valerie) Belmont Jr., daughter Kathleen (Lowell) Olsen, and son Kevin (Sheryl) Belmont. She leaves behind her twelve grandchildren Kirk (Thoko) Belmont, Erika (David) Banz, Landen (Paige) Olsen, Alexander Belmont, Lathanael Olsen, Kenton (Hannah) Belmont, Allison Belmont, Abigail Belmont, Leighland Olsen, Brock Belmont, Lynden Olsen, and Kaeden Belmont, and eight great-grandchildren, Kendall Belmont, Amara Belmont, Lindsey Olsen, Lincoln Belmont, Ariella Belmont, Mekenzie Olsen, Tate Belmont, and Ellis Belmont. She is survived by Nancy (Tom) Sicko; Jolene (Harry) Allen; Ken (Sue) Howard; and Lesha (Neal) Campbell, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother-in-law William Wilkinson, sister Linda Wilkinson, stepfather Robert Summers, and one grandchild, Luke Belmont.

Family and friends may visit from 11-11:30am on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at First Day Baptist Church, Richburg NY. A funeral service will follow at 11:30am with Pastor Kirk Belmont, officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Arm of Hope armofhopeinghana.org that reaches children in Accra Ghana, which Judy faithfully supported for many years.

Judy's family has entrusted her care to Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Services.
