Born on April 22, 1968, he was a son of Albert R. Greene Sr. and Margery Glassmire. On April 18, 1998, in Crete, Illinois, he married the love of his life Billie Greene who predeceased him several years ago.

Ross was a truck driver for 30 years. He enjoyed woodworking, reading, metal detecting, and antiques. The life of the party.

He is survived by his mother Margery of Jacksonville, Florida; his step children Allen (Sheila) McGrew of Missouri, Timothy (Debbie) McGrew and Sandy McGrew (Mike Hibbler) both of Illinois; his siblings Lori Greene (Ken Button) of Friendship, Sam Glassmire of Wellsville, Kate (Steve) Roth of Mt. Jewett, Pennsylvania, and Chris Glassmire of Jacksonville, Florida; his grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
